Terms and Conditions
Registration
For corporate and individual clients, we require 20% of non refundable deposit for your registration fee. For government department, please present your local order together with the registration form.

Payment
Full payment must be paid at least 14 days prior to class start date or 30 days from registration, whichever comes first.

Refund Policy
Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing. And course fee will be refunded if 8 working days written notice of cancellation is given. If 8 working days notice is not provided, 50% of the full fee will be charged.
Alternatively a replacement trainee who meets the course pre-requisite can attend without penalty. Failure to attend without notification will be charged in full.

Course Deferment
Deferment of course is not allowed. However, student may submit the application for course deferment in writing subject to the sole discretions and approval of the management.

Course Cancellation / Pre-requisites
Mindacom reserves the right to change the date or venue without prior notice.

Mindacom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course without prior notice due to class size or unforeseen circumstances.
